Both items (coffee and lemon) have benefits. Caffeine in coffee boosts energy levels, especially before working out at the gym or doing other sports. It also acts as an antioxidant and may help prevent certain types of cancer.

High in vitamin C, lemons are powerful antioxidants that protect against oxidative free radicals and can help keep the immune system strong to fight infection and disease.

While coffee may help with weight loss, this is due to the presence of caffeine, but combining it with lemon juice does not confer any significant benefit.
