A leading nationwide health platform has been officially welcomed to Oklahoma City. On Wednesday, Gov. Kevin Stitt met with healthcare leaders for a grand opening ceremony for Signify Health, which specializes in the delivery of health care at home. The company said its model helps them spend more time with patients than the average doctor’s visit. The company also offers more than 200 healthcare jobs, of which about 130 have already been filled. Oklahomans are still feeling hurt by the rise in prices across the board from gas pumps to groceries. KOCO 5 spoke to Stitt at the ribbon cutting for Signify Health. Lawmakers have debated methods of relieving inflation. Stitt said they are discussing some ways we might see relief. Ultimately, his goal in office is to bring Oklahoma to the world and bring the world to Oklahoma, which means doing whatever it takes to find relief for our great state and never before have they hurt,” Stitt said. Prices are going higher and Oklahomans are feeling the impact and are seeking help from their heads of state higher, and that’s why I’ve asked lawmakers to work on inflation relief now,” Stitt said. A Senate leader told KOCO 5 they are unlikely to pass until the Senate convenes a task force to consider the relief. Stitt said there was no excuse not to say goodbye to the relief now. “We can afford it, I have the largest savings account in our state history right now. We’re always looking at recurring income and recurring expenses, but the people of Oklahoma are suffering and we need to give them real inflation relief,” Stitt said.
OKLAHOMA CITY –
A leading nationwide health platform has been officially welcomed to Oklahoma City.
On Wednesday, Gov. Kevin Stitt met with healthcare leaders for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Signify Health, which specializes in delivering health care at home. The company said their model helps them spend more time with patients than the average doctor’s visit.
The company also offers more than 200 positions in the healthcare industry, of which around 130 positions have already been filled.
Oklahomans are still feeling the pain of rising prices across the board, from gas pumps to groceries.

Stitt said they are discussing some ways we might see relief. Ultimately, his goal in office is to bring Oklahoma to the world and bring the world to Oklahoma, which means doing whatever it takes to find relief for our great state.
“Real Oklahomans are hurt, I had a call from a single mom on the radio station and they’ve never hurt themselves before,” Stitt said.
Prices are rising and Oklahomans are feeling the effects and are turning to their heads of state for help.
“Since gas costs so much at the pump to fill up, grocery costs, everything seems higher, and that’s why I’ve asked lawmakers to work on inflation relief now,” Stitt said.
The Oklahoma House of Representatives is in a special session this week that is expected to take bills across the floor to the Senate, including a reduced or eliminated food tax and a reduced income tax.
A Senate leader told KOCO 5 they likely won’t pass it until the Senate convenes a task force to look at the relief.
Stitt said there was no excuse not to pass the relief now.
“We can afford it. I currently have the largest savings account in our state’s history. We always look for recurring income and recurring expenses, but Oklahoma residents are suffering and we need to give them real inflation relief,” Stitt said.
Stitt said another focus is jobs, and companies like Signify Health would help keep our unemployment rate low.
