Weight reduction by Michael Mosley: He misplaced half a stone via his “sustainable” weight-reduction plan technique

TV doctor Michael Mosley has helped hundreds of people who follow his diet plans lose weight fast with his methods, including popular fasting options like Fast 800, Fast 800 Keto and 5:2. And to put his money in the balance, he even tried a strategy himself.

dr Mosley revealed that he’d lost a whopping 4kg (0.6 stone) in two weeks in preparation for Christmas using the Fast 800 Keto so he could enjoy the festivities without worrying about the consequences of the weight gain.

Since there has been a lot of discussion about the fast weight loss diet industry and whether it’s healthy and actually works, the nutritionist explained that it works for him.

He made the revelation during an appearance on Australian news channel Studio 10, where he spoke about the keto diet transition.

“I recommend doing it [keto] for up to eight weeks depending on how long you want to keep it up,” he said. “Much faster weight loss, lots of fat burn.

“I got my belt in a notch and my blood sugar and blood pressure — which had crept up — I brought them back down.”

He explained that it’s a method that works because the Mediterranean diet fights hunger signals for unhealthy foods.

“People tend to eat the wrong foods because it feels good,” he said.

“When you bite into a muffin or dip into a packet of chips, you are responding to carefully designed cues set up by food manufacturers to use food not only as a defense against hunger but also as a stress reliever.”

“The Mediterranean diet gets to the root of this problem.
