Gemma shared her top exercise for toned arms.
“No-weight arm circles are also a fantastic movement to tone your arms.
“Stretch your arms out to the side, make sure you can see your hands in your peripheral vision, and start circling your arms like you’re drawing a dime.
“It’s important to keep movements small to maximize results.
“Also make sure there is a small moment of silence after each circle; this isometric hold will really help tone the muscles.
“Extending your arms as long as possible creates an eccentric contraction that really stretches the muscles.”
