Melt a small amount of butter in a saucepan and add 300g chicken pieces and 1 tsp garlic. Make chicken broth with half a kg of chicken bones and 500ml of water. Add the coriander leaves and chicken broth to the pan. Mix 2 tsp oat flour and 200 ml milk and whisk well. Pour it into the pan. Add salt and black pepper powder and simmer together until soup thickens and chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
