In September, Stephen will represent Team GB at the European Championships, completing a duathlon comprising two 5k runs separated by a 20k swim.

Not only was Stephen training an incredible 10-14 times a week, but he’s also completely changed his diet, shunning takeaways in favor of a “balanced diet.”

Though Stephen’s goals are extreme, he wants other slimmers to know that losing weight is doable: “I’m just a regular guy.”

He told Express.co.uk his tips for easy weight loss.

“The easiest way for me to lose weight was to exercise on an empty stomach before breakfast.
