I’ve started drinking more water, I’m avoiding sugary foods, maida and packaged foods. Most importantly, I eat foods that contain less oil, fat and spices.

Lessons from Weight Loss: You can do anything you want to do. Losing weight to prove something to others is not important. It is important to feel healthy and want to lead a fit life.

Do what makes you happy! I always dance for an hour in the evening because it helps me to avoid stress and problems. And dancing everyday makes me happier and the results are great too.

My confidence didn’t come back from losing weight, it came from the hard work I put in and the shock on people’s faces who always thought I couldn’t make it. So where there’s a will, there’s a way.
