Many of you have wondered about my health and weight loss. I have a disease called Crohn’s disease [disease], which is sometimes difficult to deal with. I started losing weight and ran with it! I’ve been exercising and eating well… Thanks for all your kind words of concern! I couldn’t do what I do without all of you!
Frank explained that the disease was difficult to deal with, but he had learned to manage it over the years. Another reason why Frank Fritz has lost a lot of weight is because of the changes he has made in his life.
In July 2021, Frank shared more details about his weight loss transformation during an exclusive interview with The Sun. At that point, he had already lost 65 pounds. He explained:
Weight loss consists of watching what I eat so that I can control my illness as much as possible. I just eat healthy. After a while I started observing what I was doing and walking a little more. Also, I’m pretty busy here tending the grass and removing the weeds. Not drinking helps you lose weight because when you drink, you eat. I’m not on a diet. I also drank a little, but I needed something different. I haven’t had a drink in almost nine or ten months. It would have been a year, but I had a slip. It was maybe four hours, but it was enough.

Frank Fritz health update
Before Frank opened up about his health and explained to his fans what he was suffering from, there was a lot of speculation about his weight loss.
