Scrumptious Indian Paneer Recipes for Weight Loss

When you’re feeling hungry, instead of reaching for a bag of chips, make this filling and super tasty paneer tikka roll. You can also have it for dinner, make sure you don’t have your dinner too late at night. Marinate paneer cubes by adding cottage cheese, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, besan, chat masala, and garam masala. Add a chopped onion and bell pepper. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.

Now take a coated pan and grease it with some oil. Add the marinated paneer to the pan and cook over medium-high for 5 minutes. Don’t overcook. For the bun, place a chapati on the pan and place some pieces of paneer tikka on top. Add chopped onions, green chutney, tomato ketchup and some mayonnaise. Roll the chapati, cook for 1 minute and serve hot with mint dip.
