‘Aftermath’

The 44-year-old took to Instagram Tuesday to share a photo of the “aftermath” of his time on Channel 7’s challenging reality TV show.

“I’ve never been so excited to see my ass kicked!” Mark labeled the mirror selfie.

He showed the physical strain his SAS stay put on his body, leaving his muscles toned and defined.

This is Mark’s second reality TV appearance last year after participating in The Masked Singer’s debut season in 2020. In the first episode, he was exposed as an Echidna.
