But now sports legend Mark Philippoussis is leaner than ever after participating in SAS Australia’s busy upcoming season.

The 44-year-old took to Instagram Tuesday to share a photo of the “aftermath” of his time on Channel 7’s challenging reality TV show.
“I’ve never been so excited to see my ass kicked!” Mark labeled the mirror selfie.
He showed the physical strain his SAS stay put on his body, leaving his muscles toned and defined.
This is Mark’s second reality TV appearance last year after participating in The Masked Singer’s debut season in 2020. In the first episode, he was exposed as an Echidna.

Mark’s celebrity recruits shared their praise and compliments for his transformation in the comment section.
“Absolute machine,” wrote ex-Footy star Sam Burgess.
“The Rigs of SAS calendar started on [fire emoji]”said Dan Ewing of Home & Away.
“SAS – Super Ab Solutions!” Head teacher Ollie Otterton added.

A curious fan asked Mark how much weight he lost during the show, which put participants through their paces by former Special Forces elite soldiers Ant Middleton, Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham and Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox were.
“A little over 6 kg,” he replied.
Season one star Shannan Ponton announced that he had lost 5kg and suffered from hypothermia after jumping into a freezing lake.
Days earlier, the list of 18 famous faces to compete in SAS Australia’s upcoming season was revealed.
