Russell Regional Hospital is updating the patient portal to MyCareCorner. Patients have access to their health information between visits, regardless of where they are.
MyCareCorner is an interactive user interface that promotes a collaborative approach to healthcare. Regardless of your location or time, you can access your health information.
Three service segments are offered for the monitoring services: Health Data File, Relationships and Health on the Go.
Health data come to life in easy-to-understand graphics and charts. MyCareCorner can be connected to common home fitness devices such as blood pressure cuffs, blood sugar devices and scales. Once connected, users no longer need to manually record their entries.
Relationships are strengthened by the patient’s ability to receive support long after their appointment. Secure messages are available that also allow you to attach photos and files to your messages if necessary.
Health on the Go offers you the mobile MyCareCorner app, with which you can access your personal health data wherever internet access is available. Just like the desktop version, you can access personal health records from the hospital, clinic and special care.
The functions of the MyCareCorner patient portal include information such as: allergies, appointments, blood sugar, blood oxygen, body size, vaccinations, illnesses, medications, medical visits and encounters, procedures, weight values, vital functions, messages, laboratory results and documents.
Russell Regional Hospital patients and customers will need to sign up for the new Patient Portal account in order to use this service. This includes existing account users.
Russell Regional Hospital will migrate to the new portal at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11th. Nobody can log in before the new portal is converted. Existing users can request a new account by requesting an email invitation the first time they visit hospital after May 11th or by sending an email to [email protected]
If you would like to send an email, please include your full name, date of birth and the email address you would like to send the invitation to. You will be sending out email invitations starting May 11th. Please allow up to three business days to receive the invitation.
