Peloton, NordicTrack producer Settle Health Tech Patent Spats

By Hailey Konnath (May 16, 2022 6:53 p.m. EDT) – Peloton and product maker NordicTrack, iFIT, announced Monday that they have reached a settlement that settles the legal battle between the competing fitness companies that have been fighting each other will settle patents covering home exercise technology in several legal forums for years.

New York-based Peloton Interactive Inc. and Utah-based iFIT Inc. said in a joint statement that all pending lawsuits between them will be dismissed.
