Peloton, Lululemon get second likelihood in Dish bid for import ban

Peloton Interactive Inc., NordicTrack maker iFit Inc. and Mirror owner lululemon Athletica Inc. convinced the US International Trade Commission to overturn part of a judge’s findings in a patent dispute with Dish Network Corp. review that could result in an import ban of their fitness products.

A trade judge said in September that the companies’ products and services that stream home fitness content infringe four Dish patents on content-streaming technology. The ITC said in a notice posted to its electronic registry on Friday that it will review the judge’s findings on the validity of two of those patents.
