He told ITV’s Loose Women, “I’m gradually decreasing my size. I switched from 5XL to 4XL and it looks like the next time I go shopping, I’ll be able to squeeze into XL briefs.
“I lost 10 pounds, was 29 pounds when I was a full-time teacher in 2003, and I was at risk of high blood pressure.
“I was about 26 stones by the lockdown, and then a couple of things happened just fine and came together and I started losing weight.”
He continued, “I’m on a high protein diet with the good people at Muscle Food, so I eat an awful lot of lean meat and as much as I love chips and other carbohydrates, I have a little less than before. “
Carbohydrates are found in sugars like candy, honey, fruit juices, starches like bread, rice and pasta, and fiber like vegetables and whole grains.
