James Corden Talks Weight Loss With Oprah Winfrey, Leisure Information

James Corden recently reported on his weight loss journey with Oprah Winfrey. Since it wasn’t masculine to say, he started with, “I think as a man it’s historically seen as it’s not very sexy to say you are on a diet. Or, it’s kind of not very masculine to want to make changes in your own health because men drink beer and we go out and it doesn’t matter what you look like, all of those things. ”

James Corden had this chat with Oprah Winfrey during her WW Your Life in Focus virtual event.

James added, “And I think it’s the most positive and sexiest thing you can do to say I want to be a little bit healthier. I want to be a healthier presence in my family for my children. I would like to feel better “

Corden, who works with WW, the company formerly known as Weight Watchers, was one of Oprah Winfrey’s most recognizable guests at the digital event that replaced her Life in Focus arena tour amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

James Corden told the talk show host that he found his weight loss journey to be transformative. He said, “My wife was amazing with it. Throughout my journey with food she has been really, really amazing with me, and I’ve really realized in the past five weeks that I am on my way to a journey that I dearly want to end and I feel like that I can. As soon as you open up to people and say, “This is how I feel and I think I am struggling with it.” You will meet a wave of people saying, “How can I help?”
