Daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Popular Meyerland breakfast stop The bagel shop has officially opened another location, this time in Bellaire, with seating in the patio, a counter bar with an espresso machine and pastries, bagels, breakfast rolls, delicacies and items to take away. Food Network star chef Roshni Gurnani will be in charge of the kitchen, with Adriana Soto as head chef. Visit old favorites, from white fish salad to tuna salad to all bagels, or try new products like the falafel burger, the Elvis Schmelvish bagel sandwich and deep fried blintzes.
Grand Opening and Southern Smoke Fundraiser in Juiceland (Bellaire)
Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This Saturday, JuiceLand celebrates the opening of its sixth Houston location by donating 100 percent of its sales in the new Bellaire store to the Southern Smoke Foundation, the Texas-based charity that serves people in the food and beverage community around the world supports nation. You can also expect raffle prizes and free fanny packs, accompanied by the purchase of a juice, smoothie, or bowl.
Grand Opening of Coreanos (Spring)
Saturday, 2 p.m. to midnight
The popular Mexican-Asian food truck Coreanos is celebrating the opening of its spring location and is offering customers a 50 percent discount on the entire menu. Choose from favorites like the OG burrito with Korean-marinated bulgogi, loaded with crispy french fries, cheese, pico de gallo, kimchi, cabbage and spicy mayo. or the Kimcheese Fries, topped with bulgogi and Korean-style chicken to sauteed tofu.
Virtual Cooking Class: Baking Cookies with Victoria
Saturday from 1pm to 2pm
Underbelly Hospitality pastry chef Victoria Dearmond is hosting a virtual cooking class “Baking Biscuits with Victoria” on Saturday. Class kits ($ 45) with all the ingredients to bake ten famous Blacksmith and Hay Merchant biscuits, plus fresh lemon curd made with local Meyer lemons. Add-ons from mimosa jugs to bacon sausage are available. Kits can be picked up on Friday, January 8th between 12 noon and 5 p.m. at 11 a.m. Westheimer.
Dine-in caviar service in Uchi
Uchi has partnered with Caviar Co., a San Francisco-based company that specializes in remarkable caviar collections, to add a caviar service to their dine-in menu. Treat yourself to nutty and buttery Royal White Sturgeon, cheesy and grassy Golden Osetra, and tender Kaluga. The caviar service is available separately or during a flight in combination with Krug Champagne or Kirinzan Kagayaki Sake.
