Leading UK HealthTech company bioniq, the company behind the world’s most personalized nutritional supplements, has acquired interactive fitness mirror company VAHA.
The acquisition is part of bioniq’s expansion plan and strengthens its position as the most innovative healthcare subscription in Europe and the Middle East.
As part of the acquisition, VAHA will become part of the global platform bioniq, which expands the team’s offering of tailored health and wellness services.
Currently available in eight countries in EMEA, bioniq, headquartered in London, plans to expand to four more countries, including the US, by the end of 2023.
Established in 2019, bioniq offers a true 360-degree approach to each member’s health, starting with a biochemical analysis, including a comprehensive 50-parameter blood test, before bioniq’s algorithm prescribes the right nutritional formula.
Nourished secures £5m for global expansion
The AI-driven, state-of-the-art home fitness technology, now integrating VAHA, Europe’s largest and leading connected fitness offering, accesses millions of exercise-related data points and offers bioniq members personalized home workouts and biomechanical analysis for further insights into their body’s physical capabilities .
With one of the largest researched databases in the world, bioniq works with leading institutions, London Global Practice, King’s College Hospital and Lanserhof, as well as global VC funds such as HV Capital, Rocket Internet, Unbound Venture, Porsche Ventures and TQ Ventures.
