At these meetings, those who are bereaved receive support, understanding and compassion. Bereaved learn about self-acceptance, self-care, self-compassion and resilience. We will share stories, experiences, offers and receive support that can help in the grieving process. We offer everyone a safe place in every phase of mourning. A grief support group is not a substitute for professional depression care.
