Ear Care: Relieve ache and an infection with these pure treatments

*Basil is packed with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobialand immunomodulatory properties that help relieve earaches and infections. Crush a few tulsi leaves in a mortar and pestle, strain the juice, and place a drop or two in the ear to relieve pain.

*Clove Oil: This oil has analgesic and analgesic properties antiphlogistic Characteristics. Fry a clove in a teaspoon of sesame oil, bring to a boil and let cool. Filter the oil and place 1 to 2 drops of the warm oil in the affected ear.

*Sesame or olive oil: The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends olive oil as an effective home remedy for mild to moderate ear pain. Warm up a teaspoon of it olive oil and let it cool down. Pour 1 to 2 drops of the oil into the affected ear.

*Tea Tree Oil: It has powerful antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, making it one of the most effective home remedies for earache. Mix a drop or two of tea tree oil with a teaspoon of any base oil like olive oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil. Pour a drop or two into the ear to relieve pain. “Make sure you check the temperature of the oil before use,” she warned.

One can also opt for ginger or garlic to get relief, said Vikas Chawla, Ayurveda expert at Vedas Cure. “Chewing a few slices of garlic can provide instant pain relief.

Reduce inflammation outside the ear region

*Ginger: It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help fight ear infections and relieve earaches. Extract the juice from a piece of raw, fresh ginger using a mortar and pestle. Strain the liquid and apply to the skin near the ear for an effective effect. “Ginger can be used both in the form of ginger juice and in ginger oil. This needs to be applied to the skin around the ear with a piece of cloth or cotton,” said Vikas Chawla, Ayurveda expert, Vedas Cure.

*Garlic: It has anti-inflammatory properties that help lower it inflammation, relieve congestion and reduce earache. Warm up 3 cloves of garlic, crush them with a pinch of salt, place them in a cloth and massage onto the sore ear. “Wrapping warm garlic in a cloth to give a warm massage is just as effective,” agreed Chawla.
