Health and wellness will be a focus for Cynthia Bailey this year. In January, the actress from The Real Housewives of Atlanta announced that she wanted to integrate yoga, massages and therapy appointments into her days and that she wanted to eat “healthier” food.

In late 2020, Cynthia announced that she had gained 20 pounds while self-isolating in Los Angeles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
