She has shown her epic weight loss in the past few weeks after joining Celebrity MasterChef’s star-studded line-up.
And Chrissie Swan has now revealed the surprisingly simple secret behind her slim physique, which caught fire when Melbourne was locked into lockdown last year.
Radio host Nova, 47, confirmed that not only did she give up alcohol, but she also had a passion for walking every day and started meditating to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.

“I’m not a New Year’s resolution type, but I took it seriously to take some” me time “this year,” wrote Chrissie, who has been sober for 163 days, on Instagram.
After saying she had “read all there is to read about self-sufficiency,” she took action during the city’s 112-day lockdown.
“I’ve never done anything about it before. Learning how to meditate was the start for me and I realized after the first 10 minutes that it was the first time in ages that I stopped with my own well-being and slowed it down.

When a fan asked if she was ever lacking in motivation, she added, “The fight is real. I get it and I have NEVER been a hiker.
“I always wear activewear, or at least runners – just put them on immediately because that’s one less excuse. If i can’t get fucked i just say it’s 10 minutes. Always ends longer. The first step is the hardest. ‘

Chrissie sported a touch of makeup for the occasion and sported her hair in a casual, wavy style.
Meanwhile, Tilly, 19, couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she snuggled up against the presenter.
In March, Chrissie said she was feeling better than ever after a non-alcoholic karaoke night with a friend.

In April, the Melbourne mother of three said her sleep had also improved since she stopped drinking.
“I stopped drinking all kinds of alcohol (alcohol is also diabolical for sleep and anxiety),” she explained while describing a sleep study she was participating in.
Chrissie will host Chrissie, Sam & Browny on Nova 100 together with Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown.
Earlier this month, Channel Ten revealed the show’s full line-up, including an Olympic swimming legend and a pop star.
Including offspring actor Matthew Le Nevez and fashion designer Collette Dinnigan.
They will perform alongside Olympic hero Ian Thorpe, singer Dami Im and comedian Dilruk Jayasinha.
Judges Melissa Leong, Andy Allen and Jock Zonfrillo will direct the show.
