Many 90 Day Fiancé cast members are shedding serious pounds. However, her rapid weight loss may not be healthy, and fans are concerned.
Although many 90 day fiance Stars are applauded for losing weight, there are some performers who shed pounds so drastically and quickly that fans have become concerned. After their first franchise debut, many 90 Day Fiancé stars go through a transformation that usually involves a style upgrade and weight loss. Some stars, like Yara Zaya and Julia Trubkina, advocate exercise as the best way to lose weight, while others have opted for surgery to kick-start their weight-loss efforts. But some performers have viewers worried about how much weight they’re losing and how quickly they’re losing it.
The stars of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise probably feel a lot of pressure to look good and lose weight fast, but that’s not necessarily healthy. Health experts recommend a weight loss pace of one to two pounds per week. Losing weight faster can be dangerous and counterproductive since much of what is lost is water weight and lean tissue. Fast weight loss should only be done under medical supervision, although that’s not what many 90 Day Fiancé cast members want to hear.

In recent years there have been many stars who have debuted with slimmer figures and stunned fans, and there are still more who are still working to achieve their ideal physiques. It can be inspiring for viewers to see a performer who has transformed their body through hard work, but sometimes the pressure to look good can be problematic. There are a few celebrities who worry about whether their weight loss is healthy or dangerous.
Ed Brown’s fiancee Liz Woods recently showed off her figure on Instagram and even claimed she’d lost 17 pounds in 28 days. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise star is proud of her accomplishment, but many of her followers are unsure if she’s safe. This type of extreme weight loss can come with a number of potential health issues, and while Liz likes her looks, it could harm her in the long run. She’d better take her time and focus on staying active and eating well.
In Season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé, when Jorge Nava debuted in the franchise, he was a plump man who was in an exceptionally toxic relationship. Jorge was arrested because his marijuana business was not taking off, and while in prison he lost serious pounds. 90 Day Fiancé fans were shocked when they saw his more recent photos because he looked like a completely different person. Some viewers were concerned his extreme weight loss was unhealthy and thought the prison sentence might have caused him to lose weight so quickly.
Angela Deem has lost nearly a hundred pounds after her weight loss surgery and the difference in her looks is striking. Many fans have said that Angela’s face has a sunken quality after her rapid weight loss, and while she’s thinner, she doesn’t necessarily look healthy. Angela is also known for touting sketchy weight loss products on Instagram, so many of her followers suspect she’s shedding pounds in a questionable way. The 90 Day Fiancé star may be in the shape she wants now, but there’s no telling what health complications she might face in the future.
Although Larissa Lima was never very overweight, she definitely had a fuller figure in her first season in the franchise than she does now. Larissa has changed a lot in her looks, and all because of her many cosmetic surgeries. She’s had all sorts of fillers and implants and her appearance has really changed. Her slim figure is partly thanks to her abdominal implants and fans are concerned that Larissa will continue to undergo surgery to maintain her weight. Larissa has been happy with the results of her surgeries so far, but going under the knife is often not without risk. 90 day fiance Star Larissa – and others – might not want to risk their health just to look slimmer.
