30 Minute Full Physique Pilates Routine | POPSUGAR health

Get ready to harness your power with fitness instructor Khetanya Henderson leading this 30-minute bodyweight Pilates class featuring Paris Nicole and Mikayla Campbell. You’ll begin the workout by warming up your core, then work your way into a full-body Pilates routine. You’ll target your arms, legs, back, and abs through a series of curls, planks, push-ups, lunges, leg raises, and more. This routine is complete with bodyweight – all you need is a mat to get started!

Henderson is a Certified Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Coach, and former college football player. In addition to teaching all types of fitness, she is also an actress and dancer, appearing in commercials and on the Cirque du Soleil stage.
